Q How long is the production lead time?
A It takes around 15-20 days for the first order after deposit and label approval, around 15 days from second order.

Q What is your MOQ?
A Usually our MOQ is 5,000~10,000 pcs, it depends on the items you order. But we accept small quantity 1000pcs for the first trial order, too.

Q How long is the sample lead time?
A For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you make your private label, it takes 5-7 days, depends on your designs.

Q Can you accept private label?
A Yes, private label or OEM is available, you can put your logo on the box and labels. You can send us your artwork to do print directly, also we have professional design team to offer design service for you according to your picture, sample or idea.

Q How can we get a sample?
A One sample for each type is available, and the cost for sampel and shipment will be in charge of you. After payment done, we will arrange samples for you immediately.

Q Can we get a COA?
A COA from our in-house lab is for free, COA from third party is acceptable and the cost will be covered by buyers.

Q What certificate do you have?
A GMP, FDA, ISO and HACCP are available.
